About me
Pull up a chair, and grab a smoothie...Sometimes you just need a change
Even when it seems impossible…
… turning 50 was a massive shift for me, and a realization that if I didn’t take the plunge to follow my passion and get out of my comfort zone… I might never do it & regret is a terrible thing. So, with no safety net and no clear path, I jumped and let go of so much that the void that was left scared me senseless!
What happens when you have space in your life for new things… magical opportunities present themselves. Enter Breathwork!
I wanted to live onboard our sailboat, travel around the world, be of service to others and feel that I was making a difference in the world. I also needed to earn while we moved around, you know that old boats are expensive to fix! So I started with a daily breathwork challenge, which led to doing it over and over and over again. It brought me clarity and focus, determination and a really good reason to get up every morning to watch the sunrise (a crazy notion for someone who loves their sleep). Weekly breathwork journeys peeled away layers of self-doubt, self sabotage and anxiety and allowed me to see that I can create the life I want.
Breathing deep has changed who I am, bringing light, love and joy into my life and now I know I have to share it with everyone… I can’t wait to share it with you.

The Journey
How I achieved what I have and how I can help your on your journey

My journey began over 20 years ago when my husband and I decided that we wanted to travel and explore and were willing to give it all up for the privileged of doing just that. We traveled and worked and did so many odd jobs and kept ourselves open to any opportunity that came our way, from housesitting in France, to running an Eco Resort in Nicaragua. We worked as Dive Master in Sao Tome & Principe, West Africa & helped friends in Thailand. From Australia to South Africa, from Scotland to Panama, the journey was filled with so much adventure and we loved it. Sometimes were lean, while others were easy, and through it all, there was always the biggest dream of all… buy a sailboat and travel at our own pace, on the ocean and stick to sunny climes and lots of islands.
We landed in Panama 13 years ago, had intended to stay a few months, but some islands become your ‘hotel california’ and we just found it impossible to leave. After helping friends in need, we decided it was time to make a change, we bought an old and in need of much love boat and were about to sail away when…
covid hit and all our plans were put on hold. Money was short and it felt like time was even shorter, we felt like we couldn’t do anything, but sit and wait it out. During that time, I started to learn new skills, find new opportunities and eventually just before my 50th, we decided to move onboard and camp on the boat while fixing her up. That’s when I started doing breathwork!
Now just 1.5 years later, life is so very different for me, my husband and Motley, our onboard kitty cat. I wake up every morning before the sun rises and enjoy the beauty of the islands, the sunrise over the horizon and sometimes the moonset. I breathe deep, I let my mind stop it’s chatter and I feel the magic that is the power of my body. Becoming a practitioner meant that I could bring breathwork to anyone, anywhere.
Every journey helps me grow and learn more, connect and tap into an incredible sense of worth and well-being. We all breathe every day and we all have the power and the ability to change how we think, feel and do… with just a few deep, mindful breaths!
